Nascar Sunday

So we just happened to get some amazing tickets to Texas Motor Speedway. They were some pretty SUITE tickets(; Haha, I know that was bad, but I just had to!

We ended up waiting for a while and since it wouldn't stop raining they couldn't dry the track. The race was canceled and rescheduled for Monday. Sure we were disappointed but then again we got to lounge in an incredible suite for a while, wayyy better than sitting around back in Flo Mo. Dad and I found some Jelly Beans and decided to guess the flavors. Fun times(:

The rain was worse than expected. The mud was terrible! I swear we saw about 5 cars stuck in the mud. We had to change shoes once we made it the car.

A perfect end to an interesting day. Little Caesar's!! I am obsessed with their bread I pretty much ate the whole bag...haha(:

Easter!

Jenn and I decided to do a little decorating during Easter Break. Since it was such a delightful day outside Jenn thought we could draw with chalk, and so we did.

It was also a great day for some photography. So I whipped out the camera and snapped away(:

Avery just happened to be very photogenic that day...

Dining in Roanoke

After a long day of looking at animals at the zoo we decided to get some dinner. We stopped in Roanoke and thought we'd try out Twisted Root's sister restaurant, Cowboy Chow. Turns out the food was fantastic! :D

Zoo!

On Friday we went to the Fort Worth Zoo with my friend Caitlyn.

After sitting through some heavy traffic and enduring the difficult process of finding a parking spot, we finally made it into the zoo. By the way, it was a beautiful day for zoo-visiting(:

Day-Camp!

On Thursday Mom gave us the idea of going back to our beloved campsite near the Frisco Lake. So we packed up and headed over to Frisco. We set up our things at an empty tent site. Dad & Jenn went down to the lake to fish, meanwhile Mom and I got started on dinner. Upon Jenn's request we ate Bacon Pickle Hotdogs. Yummm! :D

I managed to get a good picture of the sunset this time around.

When the sun had set fully behind the clouds Mom started a fire. The night was pretty chilly so we all huddled pretty close to it and roasted marshmellows.

Since it was really cold I decided to wrap up in one of the sleeping bags we brought. Well, Mom decided to take a picture of that. Haha.

When our fire was nearly out, we packed everything up. Red noses and smoke smelling clothes accompanied us back to Flower Mound.

Lake Visit

This week was Spring Break for Jenn & I. So we decided to take advantage of the amazing weather and be outside...

On Wednesday, we decided to visit the Lewisville Lake. Avery tagged along and we ended up taking loads of pictures!
